§ 953. Duties of board generally
(a) The board shall conduct at least one examination each year if there are candidates for examination. It shall hold meetings as frequently as the efficient discharge of its duties requires. The rules of the board shall fix the time and place of its meetings and notifications of its members, and also the time of holding its examinations, giving reasonable notice to all persons applying for a license. A majority of the members present shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
(b) It shall adopt such rules and regulations for the transaction of its business as it deems necessary.
