§ 951. Qualifications of members; oath; term; removal
The board of funeral service shall consist of five members appointed by the governor, three of whom shall be licensed funeral directors with five years of experience as funeral directors and two members shall represent the public. At least two of the funeral directors shall also be licensed embalmers. The public members shall not have a direct or indirect financial interest in the funeral business.
