2005 Vermont Code - § 931. — Embalming fluids and compounds

§ 931. Embalming fluids and compounds

The sale or use for embalming purposes of any fluid containing arsenic, zinc, mercury, copper, lead, silver, antimony, chloral, or cyanogen, or of any compound containing any of these, or any poisonous alkaloid, is prohibited, and all brands of embalming compounds used within the state shall be tested and approved under direction of the state board of health.
