§ 322. Podiatrist as member of board of medical practice
The governor, biennially, in the month of January, shall appoint a podiatrist licensed under this chapter to the board of medical practice. The podiatrist member of the board shall have all the powers and duties as other members of the board under section 1353 of this title. Such appointee shall receive the same pay as a member of the board, while actually employed in conducting his or her duties as a member of the board. (Amended 1969, No. 93, § 7; 1985, No. 256 (Adj.
