2005 Vermont Code - § 285. — Licenses from other jurisdictions
§ 285. Licenses from other jurisdictions
Without requiring an examination, the board shall issue an appropriate license to a person who is licensed or certified under the laws of another jurisdiction with requirements that the board considers to be substantially equal to those of this state. (Added 1997, No. 40, § 16.)
