2005 Vermont Code - § 17. — Penalty

§ 17. Penalty

Any person who violates any provision of section 14 of this title shall be fined not more than $1,000.00, or imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both, for each violation. (Added 1975, No. 89, § 11; amended 1981, No. 161 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
