2005 Vermont Code - § 247-1405. — Revenue Anticipation Notes

§ 5-1405. Amendment of the charter

This act may be altered, amended, or repealed by the general assembly whenever the public good shall require. A copy of all acts in alteration, amendment, or repeal shall be kept in the office of the city clerk of the City of Montpelier, and said copy shall be certified by the secretary of state as provided in the preceding section.
