2005 Vermont Code - § 5-1314. — Citation and time of serving

§ 5-1314. Citation and time of serving

Such citation shall be served by any sheriff, constable, or police officer in the city upon the persons named therein not less than six nor more than sixty days prior to the time of hearing. Service of such citation may be accepted by any or all persons named therein, by endorsing their acceptance in writing thereon.
