§ 13-1309.7. Reports

(a) In addition to its present content, the annual city report shall contain the budgets of the city and school district as adopted for the new fiscal year, and the estimated revenues of the city and school district, including a statement of the tax rates and grand list, and a detailed itemization of the tax rate allocated to individual items of bonded debt, special appropriations and other such items. The form of budgetary reporting shall be the same form used in the original adoption of such budget. The report shall include the formula and computations used in determining the budget limitations of the new and prior fiscal years.

(b) There shall be included with the material distributed to the legal voters in accordance with section 1303 of this charter, the formula and computation used in the determination of the net cost of operations and the tax rate for operations as required under this section 1309.
