2005 Vermont Code - § 5-1205. — Warrants on delinquent taxes

§ 5-1205. Warrants on delinquent taxes

Warrants issued as above provided shall be delivered forthwith to the city sheriff for collection, together with a rate bill of such delinquent taxes. Such warranty shall remain in full force until all the taxes thereon have been either collected, abated, or have become outlawed under the general law.
