2005 Vermont Code - § 129-1008. — Transfers of Appropriations

§ 5-1008. Termination of appointments

The appointments of the city manager shall continue in effect until ninety (90) days after a new city manager is appointed by the city council and assumes the city manager's duties, at which time they shall terminate, and the new city manager shall fill all vacancies by appointment in accordance with this charter.
