§ 251-813. Board of water commissioners
The entire management and control of the said water system and property shall be vested in a board of water commissioners, five in number, at least three of whom shall be residents of the village of North Bennington, and two of whom may be nonresidents of Vermont. Vacancies in their number caused by death, resignation, removal or any other cause shall be filled by the remaining commissioners.
