2005 Vermont Code - § 5-708. — Liability for damages

§ 5-708. Liability for damages

A person violating any bylaw, regulation, or ordinance of the city shall be liable in damages to the city or to any person who shall sustain damages as the direct result of said violation and such damage may be recovered in an action declaring upon such bylaw, regulation, or ordinance.
