2005 Vermont Code - § 413-602. — Admission of new member municipalities

§ 1-602. Penalty

An additional charge of eight (8) percent will be added to any tax not paid on or before the dates specified in Section 601 of this charter, and interest in the amount of one percent of the unpaid tax per month or fraction thereof after the date on which the tax payment was due.
