2005 Vermont Code - § 3-196. — Composition

§ 3-196. Composition

The board of fire commissioners shall consist of five legal voters of said city, to be appointed by the city council with mayor presiding to serve for three years and until their successors are appointed and qualified, except as herein otherwise provided.
