2005 Vermont Code - § 235-74. — Contracting for construction of water supply system

§ 225-74. Delinquent tax collector

A delinquent tax collector may be appointed for a one (1) year term by the board of trustees. Taxes assessed and collected shall be as stated in section 93 of this chapter, entitled-"Taxes". In the absence of an appointed tax collector, the duties of such position shall revert to the village treasurer.
