§ 11-26A. Salaries of City Attorney; Police Officers

The city attorney and all police officers shall be paid a salary and any other sums that might be fixed by the city council. All other costs assessed against respondence and formerly paid to the arresting officer and to the city attorney by the court shall hereafter be paid to the city treasurer for the use and benefit of the city.
