2005 Vermont Code - § 9-22.11. — Suspension
§ 9-22.11. Suspension
The chief of police shall have the power, for disciplinary purposes, to suspend any member of the department, without pay, for a period not to exceed two (2) weeks. The police commission shall have the power to suspend the chief of police for a period not to exceed two (2) weeks.
