2005 Vermont Code - § 5285. — Withdrawal or transfer

§ 5285. Withdrawal or transfer

Moneys in the reserve fund at any time in excess of the required debt service reserve, whether by reason of investment or otherwise, may, subject to the terms of any contract between the authority and its bondholders or any resolution of the authority, be withdrawn at any time by the authority and transferred to any other fund or account of the authority. (Added 1999, No. 121 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
