2005 Vermont Code - § 4801. — Definitions

§ 4801. Definitions

As used in this chapter:

(1) The term "municipality" shall mean "municipality" as defined in section 126 of Title 1.

(2) The term "legislative branch" shall mean "legislative branch" as defined in section 1751(2) of this title. (Added 1969, No. 197 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
