§ 4576. Compensation; expenses
The directors of the bank shall receive a per diem compensation in the amount of thirty dollars for each day devoted to official duties and reimbursement for actual expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of their duties. Notwithstanding any other law, an officer or employee of the state shall not be deemed to forfeit his office or employment or any benefits thereof by reason of his acceptance of the office of director of the bank.
