2005 Vermont Code - § — 4425, 4426. Repealed. 2003, No. 115 (Adj. Sess.), § 119(c).

§ 4425. Building in mapped streets, drainageways, parks, schools and other public facilities

No zoning permit may be issued for any structure within the lines of any street, drainageway, park, school or other public facility shown on the official map, except as specifically provided in section 4469 of this title. No person shall recover any damages for the taking for public use of any structure constructed within the lines of any proposed street, drainageway, park, school, or other public facility after they have been included in the official map, and any such structure shall be removed at the expense of the owner.
