2005 Vermont Code - § 4423. — Effect of approved plats on official map

§ 4423. Effect of approved plats on official map

After adoption of the official map, the recordation of plats which have been approved as provided by this chapter, or the adoption of any urban renewal plan under chapter 85 of Title 24, shall, without further action, modify the official map in accordance therewith. (Added 1967, No. 334 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 23, 1968.)
