2005 Vermont Code - § 4420. — Local act 250 review of municipal impacts

§ 4420. Fees

For the administration of subdivision review, the legislative body may establish reasonable fees which may include the cost of publishing notices and holding public hearings and for periodic inspections during the installation of public improvements. Such fees shall be payable by the applicant upon submission of the application for plat approval. (Added 1967, No. 334 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 23, 1968.)
