2005 Vermont Code - § 4415. — Decisions

§ 4415. Decisions

The planning commission or the development review board shall within forty-five days after the public hearing held under section 4414 of this title approve, modify and approve, or disapprove, such plat. Failure so to act within such forty-five days shall be deemed approval. (Added 1967, No. 334 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. March 23, 1968; amended 1993, No. 232 (Adj. Sess.), § 7, eff. March 15, 1995.)
