2005 Vermont Code - § 3682. — -Debts and liabilities of member towns

§ 3682. -Debts and liabilities of member towns

No debt or liabilities of a town which is a member of the district shall accrue against the district. (1967, No. 318 (Adj. Sess.), § 11, eff. March 22, 1968.)
