2005 Vermont Code - § 3309. — Bond issue

§ 3309. Bond issue

Any municipal corporation which is authorized by any general or special law to acquire and maintain a water system may issue its bonds for water purposes pursuant to such law, without regard to any restrictions thereon prescribed by this chapter.
