§ 2782. Applications for grants for economic development
A qualified regional development corporation or a regional planning commission in the absence of a qualified development corporation may apply to the secretary, on a form provided by the secretary, for a grant under this chapter. The secretary may require that an applicant submit with an application or subsequent to the filing of an application whatever supportive data or information that he or she considers necessary to make a decision or to assess the effectiveness of the grant.
