§ 2281. Injunctive relief; other remedies
In addition to the penalty in section 2282 of this title, the agency or the legislative body may seek a temporary restraining order, preliminary injunction or permanent injunction against the establishment, operation or maintenance of a junkyard which is or will be in violation of this act and may obtain compliance with its orders for screening by complaint to the superior court for the county in which the junkyard is located.
