2005 Vermont Code - § 2263. — Fee

§ 2263. Fee

The annual license fee is $100.00 to be paid when the application is made. If the license is denied, the fee shall be returned. The license shall remain in effect until the following July 1, if all provisions of this subchapter are complied with during the license period. (Added 1969, No. 98, § 1; amended 1973, No. 164 (Adj. Sess.), § 7; 2001, No. 102 (Adj. Sess.), § 34, eff. May 15, 2002.)
