§ 2247. Junkyard licenses

The provisions of this subchapter shall not be construed to repeal or abrogate any other provisions of law authorizing or requiring a license to own, establish, operate or maintain a junkyard, but no license shall be issued in contravention of this subchapter, or continue in force after the date on which the junkyard for which it is issued becomes illegal under this subchapter regardless of the term for which the license is initially issued if the junkyard is not satisfactorily screened.
