2005 Vermont Code - § 2242. — Requirement for operation or maintenance

§ 2242. Requirement for operation or maintenance

A person shall not operate, establish or maintain a junkyard unless he:

(1) Holds a certificate of approval for the location of the junkyard; and

(2) Holds a license to operate, establish or maintain a junkyard. (Added 1969, No. 98, § 1; amended 1983, No. 185 (Adj. Sess.), § 2.)
