2005 Vermont Code - § 1526. — -Debit of general fund

§ 1526. -Debit of general fund

The treasurer shall debit thereafter such general fund with:

(1) All collection fees allowed such treasurer for receiving taxes and issuing his warrant to the collector;

(2) Any other lawful costs of collection;

(3) Abatements made by the board for the abatement of taxes; and

(4) Any other diminution or loss in the course of the enforcement of such rate bill.
