2005 Vermont Code - § 1482. — Preliminary plan

§ 1482. Preliminary plan

A plan of merger shall be prepared which shall be approved by a majority of the legislative body of each of the parties to the proposed merger before being promulgated. (1965, No. 184, § 2(a).)
