§ 404. Disqualified; judge to act

When two of the commissioners are legally disqualified from acting upon the application of a prisoner, or in case of the death or removal from the county of a commissioner, a judge of the superior court may attend and act as a commissioner. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974.)
