2005 Vermont Code - § 403. — Quorum; adjournment

§ 403. Quorum; adjournment

Two commissioners of jail delivery shall be a quorum for the transaction of business, and one may adjourn a court of jail delivery when the others are absent. The hearing of a cause may be adjourned from time to time in the discretion of the commissioners.
