§ 401. Appointment; oath; term

Biennially, on February 1, the judges of the superior court shall appoint three commissioners of jail delivery for each jail in the county, who shall be sworn and hold office for two years and until their successors are appointed. (Amended 1973, No. 193 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. April 9, 1974.)
