2005 Vermont Code - § 365. — Penalty for taking bribe

§ 365. Penalty for taking bribe

A state's attorney who, directly or indirectly under color of his office, unlawfully receives to his use, or the use of another person, money or other valuable thing, shall be fined not less than $300.00 and shall be incapable of holding civil office in the state.
