2005 Vermont Code - § 213. — Accounts; disbursements

§ 213. Accounts; disbursements

The treasurer shall keep proper entries of moneys received and paid out, under appropriate accounts, so that the revenue of the county and the disbursements shall appear in detail. No money shall be paid out of the county treasury except upon the order of the county clerk.
