2005 Vermont Code - § 72. — -Expenses of the superior court

§ 72. -Expenses of the superior court

(a) The expenses connected with the superior court, unless otherwise provided, shall be paid by the state.

(b) All filing fees in small claims actions, including postjudgment fees, shall be held by the county in which they are filed. (Amended 1959, No. 328 (Adj. Sess.), § 8(c), eff.
