2005 Vermont Code - § 3804. — Hearing

§ 3804. Hearing

A person aggrieved by the commissioner's act or omission to act by the commissioner under this chapter is entitled, upon request, to a hearing in accordance with 23 V.S.A. § 105. (Added 1987, No. 152 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
