§ 3507. Penalties and revocation of registration
(a) A person who violates a provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $300.00 for each offense unless otherwise provided by law.
(b) In addition to the fines provided in subsection (a) of this section, the commissioner may suspend or revoke the registration of an all-terrain vehicle involved in a violation of this chapter. (Added 1983, No. 240 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1991, No. 165 (Adj. Sess.), § 10.)
