2005 Vermont Code - § 3218. — Law enforcement officer\'s testimony

§ 3218. Law enforcement officer's testimony

In any proceeding under this subchapter, a law enforcement officer's testimony that he or she is certified pursuant to section 2358 of Title 20 shall be prima facie evidence of that fact. (Added 1999, No. 20, § 12.)
