2005 Vermont Code - § 2046. — Lienholder to furnish information

§ 2046. Lienholder to furnish information

A lienholder named in a certificate of title shall, upon written request of the owner or of another lienholder named on the certificate, disclose any pertinent information as to his security agreement and the indebtedness secured by it. (Added 1969, No. 297 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.)
