2005 Vermont Code - § 2005. — Appeal

§ 2005. Appeal

A person aggrieved by an act or omission to act of the commissioner under this chapter may appeal therefrom to the superior court for Washington county in the same manner as is provided for in other civil actions. (Added 1969, No. 297 (Adj. Sess.), § 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1971.)
