§ 1822. Commissioner on vehicle equipment safety commission
The commissioner of this state on the vehicle equipment safety commission shall be the commissioner of motor vehicles, who may designate an alternate from the employees of the motor vehicle department to serve in his place on the vehicle equipment safety commission in accordance with the provisions of article III(a) of the vehicle equipment safety compact.
