2005 Vermont Code - § 1143. — Not evidence of negligence

§ 1143. Not evidence of negligence

A violation of any provision of sections 1136 through 1141 of this title by any person under sixteen years of age is not negligence or evidence of negligence. (Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 1, 1973.)
