§ 1130. Permitting unlicensed person to operate
No person shall knowingly employ, as operator of a motor vehicle, a person not licensed as provided in this title. No person shall knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be operated by a person who has no legal right to do so, or in violation of a provision of this title. (Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 1, 1973.)
