§ 1116. -Clinging to other vehicles

No person riding a motorcycle or mo-ped shall attach himself or the motorcycle or mo-ped to any other vehicle on a roadway. (Added 1971, No. 258 (Adj. Sess.), § 3, eff. March 1, 1973; amended 1977, No. 20, § 4.)
