§ 808. Abstract of licensee's record

Upon request of any person and payment of a fee of $5.00, the commissioner shall furnish a certified abstract of the operating record of a person subject to the provisions of this chapter. If there is no record of a conviction of such person of a violation of a provision of a statute relating to the operation of motor vehicles or of any injury or damage caused by such person as herein provided or of the suspension or revocation of the license of such person, the commissioner shall so certify.
